I mentioned a little while back that one of my beautiful little clients had been diagnosed with Leukaemia at the tender age of 2. Her mummy and daddy have been up in Sydney with her since June and their lives have been completely turned upside down and all around. I’d been waiting for them to come back to Canberra for a longer stay so that I could go and hang out with them and capture some extra special images of Anabella during this process of treatment. All stages of your child’s life are worth capturing and remembering, no matter how painful and difficult the situation may be. I’m glad I could go and spend time with them, it was completely inspirational to be in their company, to witness their love to be as strong as ever and their ability to laugh is still perfectly intact. And Anabella, well she was just as delicious as always……happy, busy, funny!
So far her treatment is going really well but it’s a long long journey. Tamie and Wayne, may you continue to be the amazing fun people you’ve always been and may your Anabella continue to be such a shining light (and her sweet little baby sister)….
