Miss E was a shy darling of a girl but I knew I could win her over pretty quickly and get those big smiles. I also actually quite loved it when she was a little more subdued and we got some more serious captures of her. I think in the end we got such a variety of her different “moments” that the parents will be thrilled. It’s a true reflection of the many facets of Miss E. She really came out of her shell and we shared lots of giggles. Her hair was absolutely incredible. So long and silky – a curly girl like me can only dream about incredible hair like this. I envisioned her sitting down at her dressing table doing the 100 brush strokes before bed. That was such a thing when I was growing up but with hair like mine and all the knots it wasn’t in my reality haha. I doubt Miss E does that either but I like to think she does. Being a Canberra photographer and getting to meet such gorgeous little ladies and bringing them out of their shell – heaven!
